Mentoring
The High School mentoring program supports students through strong teacher-student relationships,
supportive peer groups, structured opportunities to study and reflect on one's social-emotional
growth, and meaningful activities to navigate the opportunities of high school to prepare for
college and beyond.
All high school students are part of a mentor group with 8-12 classmates and a high school teacher.
Mentor teachers are an integral part of a student's support network. This includes guidance on
navigating the academic, social, and emotional paths throughout ones' high school years.
