How to obtain information about us?
- Group information sessions for early childhood: November 13, 2023 and January 17, 2024 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

When to apply?
- In the fall of the year before the student wishes to enter. For the 2024-2025 school year, last day for priority admission is January 19, 2024
- We can accept applications before then, but no priority is given for advanced contact
- We can accept late applications, always depending on space availability
When to test?
- Early childhood: in groups on January 25 and 26, 2024 with one make-up day on February 22, 2024.
- Grades P1- 2: beginning on January 10, 2024 (previous appointment)
- **P1: mandatory second group assessment January 26, 2024.
- Grades 3 – 12: on Saturdays from 9:00am – 1:00pm (January 20 and 27, 2024 or February 10, 2024 previous appointment)
- International families: whenever possible following the above schedule, but when this is not possible, please see the information at the Testing/Evaluations page. We will always do our best to accommodate these families.
- Late applications from local families: individually, by appointment, and only after complete application documentation has been received, always depending on space availability
Special note: if the student is currently studying at a school that uses the NWEA Measures of Academic Progress (MAP), we can always accept the most recent results in lieu of another admissions test, but we will still need a writing sample.
When are decisions announced?
- February 16 and 17, 2024 as space permits
- When a student is waitlisted, we hope they can wait until June 2024 for their decision, although we can often place students well before then. As our annual re-enrollment process is done in March, some spaces become available after that time.
When are new admission payments made?
- February 26 – March 8, 2024 for those who receive offers of spaces on February 16.
- All students who received their decision after February 17, 2024 must complete payments within 2 weeks after the decision was made.
When are re-enrollment payments made?
- February 26 – March 22, 2024 for all our ASFG re-enrolled students
