Please review a description of application information and documentation required for each section:
STUDENTS IN GENERAL
- Application fee $1,680.00mxn, non-refundable (personal check, credit card, not cash)
- Application Form with photo
- School Grades to date from current school plus transcripts from previous years. (if the evaluation system is different from the Mexican or American please provide an equivalency chart)
- Copy of vaccination record
- Original and Copy of Birth Certificate
- CURP
- Copy of proof of Medical Insurance Coverage, with student’s name and expiration date.
- Copy of proof of Local Current Address (in Guadalajara) (power, phone bill, bank account statement, lease contract)
- Copy of official identification of both parents (Passport / FM2)
- Two recommendation letters from ASFG families
**PLUS, THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR EACH ACADEMIC SECTION**
EARLY CHILDHOOD (Nursery, Pre-Kinder, Kinder)
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (P1ST – 4TH)
MIDDLE SCHOOL (5TH – 8TH) / HIGH SCHOOL (9TH – 12TH)
Note: Final report grade, end of the school year, original transcripts sealed or stamped for all admitted students must be submitted before the begging of school year in August.
Complete documentation for priority admission must be received no later than January 19, 2024 Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., previous appointment, in order to be considered for entrance to the 2024-2025 school year.
