Re-enrollment
Our annual, four week re-enrollment process occurs each year during the final week of February and the first three weeks of March.
Fees for the following school year are posted in early February. All ASFG families are obligated to complete the documentation
requirements and make a payment for the following school year during this time. Parents are asked to make an appointment during
the four weeks of re-enrollment so that our staff can dedicate time to them individually to help complete this process. Parents
are requested to complete this process in person and all corresponding re-enrollment payments must be made with our school Cashier.
RE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR
THE FIVE STEP PROCESS:
- Step 1 - Request your appointment
- Step 2 - Pick up family re-enrollment folder at the Admissions Office
- Step 3 - Fill out and sign all forms
- Step 4 - Go to your appointment
- Step 5 – Make payment with the cashiers

Starting Monday, March 1st and ending Friday, March 26th, 2021 you can re-enroll your child (ren) using the appointment system.
With this system you can go through the re-enrollment process knowing that 30 minutes have been set aside for this purpose. You can
request your appointment by calling 3648-2412/2411 or by sending an e-mail to
reinscripciones@asfg.mx Appointments will be assigned every
30 minutes starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m., and parking spaces will be available for appointments made between 8:30 a.m.
and 1:30 p.m.
Only the students enrolled during the inscription dates will have their place guaranteed for the next school year. Beginning March
29th, 2021, inscriptions will be opened to new students and enrollment will depend on available spaces. Students on conditional
matriculation may not be allowed to return. Only students up to date in their admission, inscription, and tuition payments will
be allowed to enroll for the next school year.
The success of this system requires that you be on time for your appointment.

The re-enrollment folder will be able beginning February 26th and 27th, 2021 and contain the following:
- Enrollment Contract
- Reinscription Verification Report / personal info
- Infirmary card (Medical Information Report)
- Medical Insurance form
- Guaranteed Education Insurance request form (Seguros Monterrey)
- Financing request form
- Automatic Charge request form
- Electronic invoice information form

All forms must be completely filled out and signed. These will be reviewed at your appointment by the available staff and before
payment can be made. Please read instructions below to assure that all forms are properly filled out.

Enrollment Contract per student ()
This contract must be carefully read, blank spaces filled in with required information, and signed by a parent or legal
guardian as indicated. Because this is a legal and binding contract under Mexican Law, it must be signed in Spanish;
however, a translation to English is available too.
Please note that the parent(s) who sign the contact, must summit a copy of their official identification for payment can be made.

Reinscripcion Verification Report per Student
This report contains your family's contact information as currently registered in the school’s computer system. It is important
that you update and verify that all data is current and complete and an emergency contact registered (this should be someone
other than the parents). Please cross out any incorrect data, replace with current information, and sign where indicated.

Infirmary Card per Student
This report contains your child’s current information as registered in the school computer system. Please fill in blank fields,
cross out any incorrect data, write in correct information, and sign at the bottom of the page.

Medical Insurance Form per Student ()
All students must have insurance coverage to enroll at ASFG.
If your child(ren) is currently insured through the school’s group coverage with Seguros Monterrey, and you would like to continue
with this company, please fill out the upper half of the Insurance Form and sign where indicated. You must fill out and sign one
form per student. The cost to renew coverage is $10,200.00 peso per student and it must be paid along with the re-inscription fee.
If you insure your child(ren) with another company, please fill in the bottom half of the Insurance Form, sign where indicated, and
attach a copy of your current insurance policy or card that states the name of the child(ren) and the date of expiration. You must
fill out and sign one form per student.
If you would like to insure your child(ren) in the school’s group coverage with Seguros Monterrey, please request an application
form at the Reception Table where you picked up your family re-enrollment folder. You must fill out and sign one form per student
and you must also fill out the upper half of the school Insurance Form and sign where indicated.

Life Insurance form ()
At present, the parent financially responsible for payments for all ASFG students enrolled in the 2018-2019 school year, have been
registered with the insurance company, and their life insurance policy will automatically be renewed for the 2021-2022 school year
when re-enrolled at ASFG.
Because we are once again changing insurance companies, each of our currently insured parents, must fill out and sign a new form per
student.
If you have any changes to report or questions about this benefit, please see someone in the Admissions Office.

Financing request form ()
Must be filled out by every family requesting to finance the annual inscription fee. Please complete numbers 1 and 2 on the form and
include a copy of the official identification and proof of current residence of the parent who will be signing the promissory note.

Automatic Charge request form 2021-2022()
Automatic charges can be made to any Mexican credit or debit card (VISA, Master Card or American Express). The card holder must
personally sign the form at the cashier's window.

Electronic invoice information form ()
This form must be signed each year whether there are changes or not from the previous year.

You must show official identification to begin the process. Please note that the ASFG security credential is not an official ID. Examples of official identification are:
- a passport for foreign nationals, and
- an INE or passport for Mexican citizens
Once all forms have been filled out and signed, all documentation must be verified by the re-enrollment staff before a payment can be made. Any financial questions you may have regarding fees can be answered and a calculation of your initial payment will be made for your verification.

Re-inscription payments can only be made at the school's cashiers' window and no student may be re-enrolled with outstanding debts.
There will be three cashiers available to receive your payment from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We remind you that cash payments are not allowed
and all checks must be made out to The American School Foundation of Guadalajara, A.C. The school receives all credit and debit cards, Visa,
MasterCard and American Express, and there are no commission charges for this form of payment.
